FL BON Formulary Committee's Final Recommendation

The Florida Board Of Nursing (BON) Formulary Committee met this afternoon in Orlando under the leadership of Dr. Doreen Cassarino, Chair. We are pleased to announce that the committee voted unanimously to make no further recommendations to restrict the prescribing of controlled substances by Florida Nurse Practitioners!! This concludes the Formulary Committee's deliberations and the recommendations will go before the BON during their August 5th meeting in Orlando.
