As advanced practice nurses we encourage our patients to exercise for fitness. Now its time to practice what we preach!

Sign up NOW for the CFANPC MOVE 60 team. Move 60 is a 60-day fitness challenge that begins on March 1, 2018 and ends on April 29, 2018. Move 60 is FREE, FUN, and EASY! Sign up now and receive a free t-shirt (the first 800 registrants). Our team name is Central Florida Advanced Practice Nurses. Invite any advanced practice nurses you know to join. Let’s gather a team and show our community that we are committed to health and prevention of chronic diseases and WE are getting moving too.

How does it work? Sign up. Joint our team. Then sync your Fitbit, smartphone, Garmin or other fitness tracker. (A limited number of pedometers are available if needed). All activity is included! You can walk, run, bike, swim, yoga, garden and more!  The goal is to get fit and have fun. Our miles of moving are measured as a team so encourage other team members to keep moving with messages of support.

Let’s show our community that Advanced Practice Nurses are committed to health and fitness for ourselves as well as others!

- 5:30 pm at Center for Family Medicine in Winter Park (133 Benmore Lane, WP, 32792- near WP Hospital)
