June General Membership Meeting

Hello everyone, 

We on the executive board wanted to let you know that we are tracking attendance of our meetings in an effort to allow as many as possible to attend and to isolate the habitual no-show members. We will be taking attendance tonight for the meeting and flagging those absent from the meeting. If you are a no-show, you will be contacted by a board member in an attempt to improve attendance.

If you are unable to attend this evening’s meeting, please go into the site and remove your registration. This will allow a seat to go to the next person on the waiting list. It is unfair to lose seats when we have such interest in our meetings. If you have not yet registered for this evenings meeting and you really want to attend, please register and get on the waiting list as we will have cancellations.
