Exciting News

Hello, everyone!

We have exciting news! Our very own CFANPC  president, Vernon Langford was elected as a co-chair of the Florida Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses, today. The purpose of The Coalition is to build a cohesive foundation of all APRN stakeholders and to address the health care needs of all in Florida. Congratulations, Vernon!

Also, The CFANPC will be participating in a "Cereal Drive" over the next 3 months. Local food banks are in need of supplies for the holidays. We are asking our members to contribute boxes of cereal. Please bring boxes of cereal or oatmeal to meetings in October, November, and December. Remember to consider your local grocer's BOGO offers! Our donations will benefit the food bank at Hope Helps in Oviedo and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. If members have connections to other food banks, please contact DebTedesco at debtedesco17@yahoo.com--we would be happy to include other food banks! If you cannot make it to the meeting, feel free to drop them off at 77 West Underwood St., Orlando, FL 32806, 4th floor. The more we can collect, the better our Central Florida residents will be! :)
