Eventbrite troubleshooting

As with all change, we must learn and adapt. Eventbrite is not perfect but with the convenience of ease of check ins at events I ask for your patience as we transition and I am sorry if you are having difficulties.

I’ve come up with a step by step method to help you resolve any technical difficulties with Eventbrite registration.

• Please double check that your CFANPC membership is not expired
• Please make sure that you are using the same email login as the email that is listed in ENP (with correct spelling). Each month I extract the emails of our current members and send an email invite to those paying members.
• If you are trying to register via the application please close the application, make sure that you have the most current version, then restart. If you are still unable to register via the application then please try to RSVP from your personal computer and not a mobile device (phone or tablet). Again ensure that the email is the same from ENP.
• If all else fails please email chas_norman@gmail.com. I will reply as quick as I can and do my best to assist you.
