Important Information about Future Meetings--Please Read

To our valued CFANPC members:

There has been a pattern of members registering for monthly membership meeting seats and then canceling within 24 hours of the event or sometimes failing to show up for the event without notification. At the most recent meeting on March 14, this was an occurrence. Unfortunately, there were 15 CFANPC members on the waitlist. Our Education Chairperson worked quickly to fill the seats, but there were still four seats available, at the last minute.

On March 21, 2019, we are holding our official membership meeting, and the event is “sold out.” There are currently 33 members on the waiting list. I am asking members to look at their calendars, and if attendance is unlikely, please cancel as soon as possible so others might attend. I do realize that sometimes you don’t know you can’t attend until the last minute, but I am asking our members to be more mindful out of consideration for their CFANPC colleagues as well as the vendors who sponsor CFANPC meetings.

To cancel your Eventbrite ticket, follow these instructions:

1. Access your Eventbrite account from a computer.
2. Click on the person icon in the upper right corner and click on “tickets.”
3. Click on the picture of the CFANPC ticket.
4. Click “Cancel order” and then click “Yes, cancel this order” to confirm your cancellation.

You cannot cancel the ticket from the App on your phone, BUT if you follow the above instructions after accessing Eventbrite from Safari or another browser, you can cancel while using your phone.
