This week, the House of Representatives is voting on H.R. 6087, the Improving Access to Workers’ Compensation for Injured Federal Workers Act. Urge your Representative to vote YES on this bill. This bill supports federal employees by removing outdated barriers under the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA) by deferring to state law, and without increasing federal spending, according to the Congressional Budget Office.
