Member Spotlight: Introducing Aurelia Nugent, APRN

Greetings,

This month’s member spotlight is…

Aurelia Nugent, APRN is a Nurse Practitioner whom attained her BSN and MSN from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.  She attained her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from UCLA College of Nursing in conjunction with UCSD Medical School and the US Navy.  She was a Navy Nurse for 7 Years.

After the Navy, she  worked for the State of Florida doing Physical Exams in homes for children with Disabilities and Migrant Clinics in Apopka and Groveland.  Presently, she has been working in private practice and has remained there for over 25 years part-time.  She is truly loving it. She believes that you do what you can in this world.  As her husband always said.  "This is NOT a Dress Rehearsal."
