Clinician 1 Alert- Darvon/Darvocet Pulled From Market

The FDA announced today (11/19/10) that it had pulled Darvon/Darvocet and the generic ingredient propoxyphene off the market. Prescriptions will no longer be filled for the product and prescribers are requested not to prescribe it.
