Committee Substitute for House Bill No. 201, was approved 4/12/2024 and takes effect on July 1, 2024. Subsection (3) of section 893.04, Florida Statutes is amended to read: 893.04 Pharmacist and practitioner. NP's need to be aware of the limitations set by this bill.
