This Health Care Bill is known as Senate Bill 7016. Approved 3/21/24 and signed by Governor DeSantis 4/16/24. Work force expansion: By increasing clinical training sites in rural and underserved areas, nurses will have more opportunities for hands-on experience. This can enhance their skills and contribute to better patient care within our growing state and help to retain the healthcare work force.
