Absentee Ballot for 2012-2013 CFANPC Board meeting

The attached ballot will be distributed at the April 19th CFANPC meeting (Antonios in Maitland). If you are a paid member and will not be attending the meeting, you can vote by completing the attachment ballot and returning it to me via email (lizrash@gmail.com) no later than 8am Wednesday April 18th. Please vote once and only once.
Attached are Bios for the nominees and a list of committee volunteers appointed for non-board positions.
I apologize but there is no way to maintain anonymity via this voting process. Alternatively, you can send your ballot with another member attending the meeting.
Elected Board members and committee chairs should plan to attend the May CFANPC Board Meeting, May 10, 630pm at the VA Nursing Home Conference Center. Thank you!
Board Meeting Location is : 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando FL 32803
It is located in the Community Living Center ( aka NH) located at the far end of the clinic as you drive on campus
(old Navy hospital).
