Sign in and greetings and general welcome by President Becky Doyle ARNP.Due to speaker delay, business meeting preceded the education session and dinner. Reminder that membership meeting agenda and minutes are posted at the websiteMembership Renewals are now due and reminders are being auto generated and sent out. As a reminder, membership is now renewable every January. We are in the process of transition to the new automated system to make the system more efficient and easier to track by board members. Membership renewal is $50. If anyone experiences any challenges please contact a board member through our website.Preceptorship is always encouraged. Please consider precepting student NPs. CFANPC will again recognize preceptors in 2015. An attendee, student and member reached out and requested an OB/Peds preceptor if anyone knows of someone. Board Member Elections: the following volunteers have agreed to run for board positions. They are all unopposed and were announced as assuming their roles in 2015. See below. Additional committee volunteers are encouraged and anyone who is curious and/or interested in assuming a board role is welcome to attend a board meeting and speak with current members to learn more. In addition to service, there are membership benefits to being on the board. New officers are:

Vernon and Cathy from hospitality are always looking for potential meeting sponsors, please contact them or any board member with any suggestions you may haveLegislative Update-our own Angela Ritten ARNP will be running for FNPN President. Please participating in the vote and consider voting for her if you are a member. Her focus for the upcoming year will be full practice authority for NP in FL.Members shared open positions that they are aware of and/or in need of- including Community Health Centers, Orange Blossom Family Health Center.
10.There were 5 qualified and completed scholarship applications. They are currently being scored and winners will be announced early next year. Meanwhile we did take a moment and recognize our graduating students.
Educational session and dinner
Vista labs joined UroGYN specialists of Florida in sponsoring our wine and tapas tonight. The education presentation was completed by:
Minedy Laracuente ANRP and Kathy Puig ARNP as Dr. Christopher Walker was unable to attend secondary to emergency surgery.

Tour offered of UroGYN offices.
No December meeting. Next meeting will be Jan. 15, 2015. Location TBA.
